Our Professional Offerings
Pilates Fitness, Inc. offers a variety of programs to meet our client’s specific needs.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
These one-on-one sessions are at the heart of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning. Clients utilize all of the Pilates equipment, and receive focused attention by a qualified instructor. Sessions are one hour in length and provide a strong workout foundation.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
These sessions allow clients to experience Pilates with others at similar experience levels. Pilates Fitness offers duet and trio sessions and are one hour in length. Semi-privates provide a fuller Pilates experience by aligning movement with others and developing greater flow from one exercise to the next.
MAT CLASS
Group mat work sessions are offered for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Classes are intended to complement private and/or semi-private instruction. Clients sign up for a 10-week program where each weekly class is one hour.
TOWER MAT CLASS
We offer
this advanced workout for experienced clients who
would like a major challenge in their Pilates workout.
Get all the benefits of advanced mat work combined
with use of the Tower which has leg springs, arm
springs, push through barre, spring barre and more. 3
person limit.
